Avoidant Regret

do avoidants feel regret after breaking up with someone? i was discarded twice but she asked me back out after the second discard. said she manufactured reasons to leave because she was scared.
then she said she was burnt out. affection had died down for about 5 days but when i asked for intentional connection, she told me she was burnt out and would keep failing me. said we should just block each other. it was so weird. not sudden but almost random. didn’t try to think of any solutions.
did she just lose feelings? will she experience any regret or kind of just store me away?
