What do you think about this?

I’m thinking about starting an LLC that finds cargo van delivery contracts and subcontracts them to independent owner-operators who already have their own vans. I would not be driving myself—my role would be finding contracts, managing operations, and coordinating drivers.
Does this seem like a scalable business model? Any advice, red flags, or things I should know before getting started?
