I need help!

I’m 100% P&T, my wife who was my aide and attendant had a stroke, and because I’m the one who is the able person, I have become her aide and attendant. This has been going on over three years now and I’m getting burned out. I’m scared to death of asking the VA for anymore money so that I can hire someone to help me with things. Please, I need some advice. I don’t want to lose all that I’ve had to fight so hard for!
