Looking for studio with balcony downtown

Hi! Chicago native here, living in Gold Coast but looking to move to a studio downtown, furthest south would be South Loop.

Currently live with a roommate and wanted my own space.

My budget is $2500 max. I’ve toured a few places but nothing that feels right yet. Marlowe was beautiful but an absolute shoebox.. the amenities were nice at least lol.

I’d prefer units with balconies but if the view is stunning then I can go without!
