Just restarted recently...is this a glitch?

My Melody shows as having a quest but when I talk to her, she only gives her "What can I help you with" text. Also yesterday, when I needed magnets, it highlighted the 3 characters even after I turned the quest in until I logged off. :/ Just worried something is wrong with my save file.
