.lPumping+ breastfeeding

I am 7 days pp. I had an emergency c section . I breast feed every 2 hours ( sometimes 3 hours). My baby has a very big appetite. I started to pump on day 3 pp. I want to build a stash in my freezer. ( just enough to give her one or 2 bottles at night). I dont have a proper pumping schedule. But i pump 3 times a day.( morning , noon and evening) i fin it hard to have a schedule because of how often i have to feed the baby.

My milk output is making me questionning if i am oversupplying.

For exemple to day i pump a total of 11 onces of milk. Yesterday it was 8oz , the day before yesterday i had 5-6 oz . I obviously have more milk in the morning

Is it normal.? My nipples are so sore🫤 should i have a strict schedule?
