How Do i Become a Pro player?

I find myself a very casual player. i play some games a week for fun and 80% of my games im just doing quest and using the guns i find cool rather then powerfull.

I dont think im a good player at all but EPIC keeps putting me in lobby's with insane mobility players coming out of nowere with godly aim only headshotting me while double jumping themselves in combo with a shockwave.

So based on matchmaking it must mean im some next prodigy player since it matches me, based on skill, with these kind of players every game while im not even trying.

Some tips are welcome
