I’m not sure if this is placebo or actually true

I had nexplanon for 3 years, and recently got it removed . I have dropped weight like crazy ( probably gained 20 pounds on it and hated the way I looked).

I also feel like I don’t sweat as much , and my armpit sweat is more manageable, I obviously always had the proper hygiene but still felt like it was out of control .

Also my appetite has reduced SO much, before I felt like I couldn’t stop eating.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
