psychiatric medicines causing allergic reactions

Hi,

PLEASE HELP ME, years back I was taking an escitalopram , paroxetin etc for my anxiety episodes without any adverse side effects, recently I tapered escitalopram and came out from course .

Now back to anxiety and looking for medication if I take any SSRI , SNRI , TCA , pregabalin , herbal etc within 1 to 2 days Im getting itchy mouth, nostril, eyelids and lips, some time mild rashes. If I continue with medicine then I'm getting worsening fatigue followed by joint pain . So each time I'm discontinuing medication within five days , to recover from side effects I take antihistamine like Cetirizine , it works to some extent to recover.

Also I am hypersensitive to too many foods and other medicines like supplements including zinc , vitamin C etc. I had no issues earlier

I consulted GP, Psychiatrist, Gastroenterologist and Allergist . None of them have a clue.

Any of you encountered similar pathetic circumstances, please share how to address sudden above food and drug hypersensitivity

After going through many reddit posts is it - SSRI withdrawal effect ? or post covid MCAS & Histamine Intolerance ?
