(England) Variable rentcharge & failure to provide details

Hi all,

My TP1 has strict definitions in regards to "details of computation" for my development.

I have evidence that a management company are syphoning our costs from a larger "global" estate pool without providing "details of computation" which they must do as per the TP1 requirements. For example: if an invoice is £2000 for the managed estate - they allocate my development £1000 of that invoice which I pay a proportion of, but they have never provided details of the maths, evidence or reasoning behind the £1000 allocation.

I have followed the disputes process as per the TP1 and the companies complaints process by the book and they ignore me.

Is there anything I can do?
