I'm coming to Bicol from Cebu as my first solo trip, I need cafe recos

Just as the title says, I'm thinking of spending an early morning in a cafe preferably with a view of Mayon. I'll be staying near SM Legazpi, if that's a reference point. Hopefully it's a cafe I can get to easily with a tricycle or commute.

And if there are particular food recos as well that I wouldn't find elsewhere would be great!
