Phoenix and still looking

Has anyone here successfully found a job recently? If so, where did you have the most success?
I’ve been applying primarily through LinkedIn and Indeed, but it feels like many of the postings are ghost jobs or never receive a response.
I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in October and have about five years of professional experience, primarily in recruiting (entry-level recruiter/talent acquisition). Despite tailoring my resume and applying consistently, I haven’t had much luck.
I’d really appreciate hearing what job boards, staffing agencies, networking strategies, or other resources actually worked for you. Thanks in advance!
