No phone signal

Im on EE
I moved house two weeks ago and I get no bar signal in or around my house it’s a new build i have no mobile data signal at all I don’t know what do to?
Can anyone help me please?
I have the Wi-Fi calling on.
EE haven’t helped cuz it’s a new postcode they can’t find
