Does Cirque ever allow ticket exchanges?

I bought 3 tickets for the Luzia show today at 330pm in Toronto, actually bought it almost a year ago...but my son woke up with a fever this morning and looks like we arent going. They are front row seats too...I tried calling customer service but they don't open until noon.

Anyone have luck changing dates on tickets? If no one has had any luck, ill start offering friends and family the tickets, 330pm comes fast so just want to make sure if I do give them, that people have time to get ready.
