How much of a raise can one expect if they become lead therapist?

Hi all, I've been approached about whether I'm interested in becoming the lead therapist at the SNF I work at. I said yes but I obviously don't want to take on the extra responsibilities if I'm not going to get much of a raise, so I'm curious if anyone else is a lead therapist and what you make? For context I'm an OTR in NJ, have been workng in the field for about 2 years (1 year at this building) and make $45/hr. Thanks!
