Switching my cats food by vet recommendation, now she’s having diarrhea and threw up

So last week I had to bring my cat to the vet, and they recommended me to switch my cat from the wet food I’d been giving her, to soaked kibble. So I’m in the middle of that transition, but since at least midday yesterday, she’s been having diarrhea and just threw up this morning.

Her poop is brown, no blood or mucus. And her throw up was also solid.

If I could get any advice, I’d appreciate it
