Upgrading a PC with 1000$, what should I get?

Just earned a grand and I don't really know what to upgrade on my PC right now. Looking for (future) 1440p high refresh rate in competitive games like CS2 and Valorant, and around 120 fps for modern story games (at least medium settings).

Current specs:
RX 6600
AMD R5 2600X
DDR4 2x16GB 3200MHz
Asus Prime B450M-K
AOC 24G2SPU (1080p, 165hz)

Part prices in my country:

• 9600X - 140$, 7800X3D - 260$, 9800X3D - 350$
• DDR5 2x16GB CL36 6000MHz - 320$
• MSI B850M-P WIFI - 122$
• RX 9060 XT - 370$, 9070 XT - 630$, 5070 - 540$
• ROG XG27AQWMG - 550$, MSI 271QP - 380$
• A750GL - 83$, A850GL - 100$

Formatting might be horrible, sorry!
