Gas or problem pooping?

My LO is 7 weeks old. Since week 5, everyday for a period of 3-4 hours, he would grunt and cry until he poops. During the struggle, sometimes he would fall back asleep in my arms, and then wake up with the same cry.

Chat gpt says this is infant dyschzia. But he doesnt do this any time he poops during the day.

How long will this last? This has been going on for 2 weeks and hasn’t gotten better
