Help me decide my nursing career path

looking for any advice regarding sa career path ko po. I am currently looking for a job. while waiting po sa callback ng hospitals, nagiisip po ako whether mag ma-masters na lang ako or what.

If mag MSN with no thesis ako, then mag proceed ako sa med school, would that be feasible? Or should I go for MAN, then med school? (mainly ang reason ko for masters before med school is pera. di ko pa afford yung medschool😵‍💫)

pero isa sa mga worries ko if ever man na mag masters ako then med school is my age. i started school late and i am currently 25. baka masyado na akong matanda para sa mga ganyan🥲

Help po kasi wala akong mapagtanungan😩
