Has my past officially defined me?

Need to talk...

I'm sure this post wont be juicy enough for engagement lol, but I just don't have anyone to talk to right now.

Lately I've (22F) been struggling mentally more than I ever have. I constantly feel like I'm not enough for anybody. Not enough as a girlfriend, not enough as a family member, not enough as a person. It's exhausting feeling like no matter how hard I try, I always come up short.

I've also been trying to come to terms with my past. There are things I've done that I'm ashamed of, things I wish I could take back. I've been carrying all of it by myself because it feels childish to have tjese feelings. I've just been sitting with it in my own head every day.

Then somehow my aunt (who has never once talked to me about any of this or even asked if I was okay) went off on me and said that I'm "burning bridges" and not doing enough. That hit me hard given we've always been close and i never knew she felt this way. It feels like people have already decided who I am... which really sucks because I was young and dumb, I want to improve, I want to be better but I'm struggling with the thought that no matter what I do, I wont be forgiven or trusted.

My boyfriend (26M) told me that he's having a hard time not getting burnt out with me last night. I'm already questioning whether I'm enough, and then everything seems to pile on at once. It honestly feels like the universe is confirming every awful thought I've been having about myself.

I don't even know what I'm looking for by posting this. Maybe I just needed someone to hear it or if nothing else, someone will continue to validate my fears.
