5w3d all symptoms gone

After 2 chemical pregnancies and a battle with Ashermans Syndrome I am finally pregnant and a ball of nerves.

I had mild cramping week 4 but ALL symptoms are gone the past 5 days. Zero. Nothing. I don’t feel pregnant at all.

I am just an absolutely anxious mess.

Has anyone had cramping early days and then absolutely nothing?
