Laptop wont boot up

So my laptop MSI GL62 6QE i5 model wasn't booting up and i dont know why. At first when i brought it to a technician to see if its a fualty charger and it booted up on their shop with a new charger even without a working battery (because the batter was fixed). But when i came home the laptop didnt boot up, so i hurried back into the technician's shop to check if its a DOA charger but no, its not. Im even surprised because when i tried my old charger(which i thought was broken) it worked there too even without the battery. So i just qsked the technician if i could just swap out the charger replacement for the battery replacement and he accepted it. When the batter was replace it was charged untik 60% and i went home with it. It booted up in my house even without the charger so i decided to use it. I charged it up until full and removed it from charger to test the longevity of the battery. I turned it off at 60% just so i can rest so i used it a total of 40 min without charger just by watching outdoor boys. After like a solid 2hr of resting i decided to boot it up again and voila, it wasn't booting up. I tried on different outlets and still no performance and even with just the batter it was booting up
