What happened with Yusuke and Toguro with something "unfair" Chapter 103

When Yusuke and Toguro are fighting, Yusuke prepares to block Toguro's punch. But then, Toguro stops. I think it is page 13-14. What was the the unfair or unsportsman action that Toguro was about to do? Can anyone help? Thanks.
