Severe anger and mental instability before a migraine

I’ve read about how others feel angry before their migraines but what I feel is on a whole other level. I actually scare myself with how angry I get before a migraine! I become viciously angry with no ability to regulate myself. It’s like my entire personality shifts and I’m someone else! Thankfully it only lasts about a day or so and then I snap out of it- usually once the migraine pain sets in. I’m wondering if anyone else experiences these moods shifts as severely as I do. It’s so bad I usually end up isolating myself in a room to prevent myself from lashing out at people.
