Is support really that bad please tell me your experience

I’m tempted to purchase the onx3 but I keeping seeing after purchase support is horrid. How has yall experience been so far? I just don’t wanna spend money on an expensive device and won’t get any supports if something happens.

Sadly I’m looking for intel g3 handhelds and onx3 has every competitor beat with the oled screen.
