Actual likelihood of getting no-offered without major professionalism concerns?

Hi all. I'm a current summer associate, and I've made the mistake of reading a bunch of stories on reddit about summers getting no-offered (many of whom claimed to have not done anything egregiously unprofessional and the no-offer came out of nowhere) & I've become really anxious about this happening to me, especially as the end of the summer is coming up.

I would love a bit of a reality check about this, if anyone has any insight. Assuming a current summer isn't going around biting people and is completing all of their assignments with a good-faith effort (even if their work product may not be that great), how worried do they actually need to be about getting no-offered?
