Back to back accidents. Help.

Hey everyone,

On this previous Sunday I was rear ended by a FIFA tourist in a rental. State Troopers deemed him at fault. His insurance was getting the ball rolling on the cost of repairs.

Just an hour ago today a Prius ran a red and hit me driver’s side door at about 50mph.

I’m not sure what to do, I’ve never been in an accident before, let alone two in a weeks’ time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Edit for clarification:
The first accident, the guy dented my tailgate, cracked a break light, and shifted my bed slightly left.
Second accident, wouldn’t be surprised if it totaled the truck.
