Should I choose BS Biotechnology instead of BS Bioinformatics?

After doing a lot of research and watching many YouTube videos, I found that Bioinformatics doesn't seem to have many career opportunities in Pakistan. Because of that, I'm thinking about choosing BS Biotechnology instead.

My current plan is to do BS Biotechnology and then specialize in Bioinformatics during my master's if I'm still interested in that field.

Do you think this is a better path? Or should I go for BS Bioinformatics from the start? I'm mainly looking for good job opportunities in Pakistan and also want the option to study or work abroad later.

I'd really appreciate advice from students or professionals who have experience in these fields.
