Cal hfa dream for all!WE DID IT!

We bought our very first home with the dream for all program ! After almost turning 30 though we would never be able to afford the bay area housing market .home sell on average for 600k . But we had all our duck linned up and when we were giving birth to our second child some one had told me about a program because we were living a one room with a family of 4 and I belive a doctor had told me if my newborn will have a room I had told them no, because we cant afford. So long story short she mentioned it and It happen to be In the time frame that they were taking applicants (10 days left) and I rolled the dice got my pre approval with a approved lender and waiting few months and got our voucher! I did it all while giving birth ,getting everything together .was the last thing left was to attempt to buy a home in life.well it does have its pros and cons of usuing a dream for all voucher but it out weight all the cons of renting to us . Just figured id share my story . There are stipulations but all worth in in our opinion .would love to hear of any one else got a voucher or any one that has question feel free to ask.
