A question about "This card's name becomes X while in the GY."

If there was a monster that adds an archetypal Spell/Trap from Deck or GY to hand, could you get around the adding a Spell/Trap back from the GY to the hand by using "This card's name becomes X while in the GY" on a Spell? Or does a card like that monster check what is written on the card's name itself?
