Looking for help: Chapter 10: Never received orange or yellow flags.

My inventory didn't have room for all 4 flags, and it prompted me to drop items, but then only the Green and Blue flags appeared in my inventory. I don't have the Yellow or Orange flags.

I have tried resetting the game many times, hard resetting my Switch and nothing is helping.

I saw a couple of people in Facebook grps had this problem as well, but no one had a solution.

Has anyone here had this and was able to fix it?!
