Treating one of my kittens for Coccidia

So about a week ago I got two kittens, one was 5 weeks and the other 8 weeks. The 5wk was not doing well at all. She constantly had liquid stools with blood, along with fleas, a URI and eye infection. I brought her to the vet, where she received deworming medicine, then took a fecal test. She was too young for any other antibiotics. It came back positive for Coccidia and Hookworm. I didn't immediately bring the other because she has no symptoms for anything, and I felt the 5wk wouldnt possibly make it without getting treatment. I have already recieved Albon to start medicating the 5wk, but I have an appointment for the 8wk in a few days. If I start medicating the 5 week old, will she get reinfected from the other if the 8 wk only starts treatment in a few days? I assume she has it too but asymptomatic. I just dont want to go through treatment for one when it wont matter as long as shes in contact with the other.
