Do you need any transition documentation for ffs or implants?

I want to go the diy route for hrt due to my circumstances but I want to eventually get ffs and possibly implants if my chest doesnt grow to my wishes, Im just curious if going the diy route will make getting those surgeries harder for me when it comes to finding a surgeon or anything, as well as any other surgeries besides srs, just in case I decide to get any others
