I‘m ugly as hell, I don‘t know how to deal with it

I went to visit a friend in a different city and the women there are insanely beautiful. Some guy I like is from the same area. I am not suprised why he isn‘t into me. I wouldn‘t be into me too.

How can I deal with being ugly? I thought it‘d get easier with age but I‘m 30 now and I still feel so self concious. I feel like I‘m going to die alone
