What happened with IB Ace Academy

I was looking for IB tutoring and found IB Ace Academy through Google ads. I contacted Bhawna Singh and we agreed on a tutoring package. They required full payment upfront.

Once paid, I received no classes and no further replies to any calls or messages. All attempts to follow up were unsuccessful.

Sharing this for reference if anyone else is considering their services.
