Step two: Go to Amazon and select a prepaid Visa or Mastercard (whether or not you want it digital is up to you but a physical card is way less of a hassle at many establishments). Make sure that the amount totaled includes shipping (and if you get the physical card, they may charge if you don't have Amazon Prime). If you're super in a pinch, you can pay the 3.99 for same day delivery.

I did this yesterday and paid just 24 dollars for a 100 physical Visa card that got delivered 1.5 hours after I ordered it. That put me 76 dollars ahead for being able to cover a bill and some groceries.
