How do I say to my parents this

So me and my family have been paying rant for this house for like 5 years now and they want to buy it but here comes the problem I hate this house.I didn't hate it before but now that I have grown up I have relized how bad it is. It is next to a graveyard and is in a small town that there is nothing to do in.And every summer bugs shows up.I hate it here and I dont know how to bring it up to my parents that If they buy a house I don't want this one.
