Update: Am I being sensitive or do my friends not want to come to my wedding?

I posted a little while ago about two of my closest friends, Vera and Hailey, acting distant before my wedding. Since then, I shared an update after following up about my hotel block and RSVPs, and another after Vera and I had a chance to talk. She explained why she'd been so MIA, and we left the conversation in a much better place. She also officially RSVPed to the wedding.

After that, I didn't hear anything from Hailey. The hotel block deadline came and went, and she never booked the room she'd originally asked for or responded to my messages.

Well, today I received an RSVP from Hailey through our wedding website. She accepted the invitation to both the wedding and the brunch the following morning. That said, she still hasn't replied to my last private message or responded in our group chat with Vera.

I haven't reached out again because, at this point, the ball is in her court. I'd already followed up, and I can't force someone to respond.

I'll be seeing her soon at another of Vera's wedding events, and my plan hasn't changed. I'm going to show up for Vera, be polite, and enjoy the day. I'm not planning to ask Hailey about any of this. If she wants to have a conversation, she can. If not, I'll leave things as they are. I'm not going to keep chasing someone or begging them to be my friend. Would you approach this differently?

At least now I have an answer about whether she'll be attending, which removes a lot of the uncertainty I'd been feeling.

A few clarifications since these questions keep coming up:
- I never booked hotel rooms for Hailey or Vera. Our venue offered us a room block, so we asked guests if they'd like us to reserve a room before the block expired. About 15 rooms were requested, including one for Hailey and one for Vera. Everyone else booked the rooms they asked for before the deadline.
- There was never any expectation that guests stay at the hotel. My frustration with Hailey wasn't that she chose not to book. It was that she told me she wanted a room and then never let me know she'd changed her mind. If she'd simply told me, I could have released it for someone else.
Vera also didn't book her room, but after I reached out privately she explained that she'd been dealing with a family emergency, which put everything into perspective.
I did not repeatedly follow up with either of them. I sent one reminder through our wedding website before the hotel block expired, then one friendly text to each of them afterward.
- Neither Hailey nor Vera is in my wedding party. They've known for years that we're having a small wedding without bridesmaids or groomsmen, so none of this is related to not being included.
