Burst fire attachment not working as intended

After the newest update the burst fire attachment for various weapons doesn’t perform as good as before the update. Dice buffed them 2 updates ago and now they are useless again because it doesn’t remove the horizontal recoil anymore(like it did the season before). Seems unintended because I didn’t read that they nerfed it again.
Using it feels worthless because it feels the same without it if I use the regular burst mode.
