Does this feature have a name?

I'm looking for a new everyday watch since my last one broke and I came across a design with minute markers 01-59 on the edge of the watch dial (see pictures). I like the look and find it practical as well for my uses. I tried searching for more watches with this feature using a few different descriptors that came to mind, but had no luck.

I was hoping the community here could either tell me what to look for (although I presume it doesn't have a name as such) or point towards watch brands/models that have this feature.
