Does everyone on Hypixel Bedwars cheat?

Started playing it again with friends since after not getting on since 2020. How is there always a team DESTROYING everyone? I remember when I used to play it the games always lasted 10-20 minutes and everything was peachy. Now I have a guy fast bridge over in 5 seconds and knock me back 10 blocks. How?

I’ve heard of this thing called Lunar (?) I guess it’s keybinds or smthn. Basically what is going on because any other server I don’t get balls dunked on my face.
