What is this!?

I'm really trying to verify all of Ye's mixtapes and have all the official ones I've found. Until I found "Chicagos Finest" with him and Twista and this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n99fJrWZugA - Heavy Income Mixtape. Does anyone know if its real or fake I cannot seem to find any info on it at all. Same with Chicagos Finest
