does julia actually like lorenzo?

I have been wondering this for a few episodes and I am curious on what everyone else thinks !
I get that he‘s handsome and they are quite affectionate during the night I guess which does confirm that she‘s attracted to him.
But does she actually like him?
I just wonder could you develop feelings for a guy that shows zero effort and obviously values his friends over you, which he‘s shown repeatedly.
He‘s lost on a few connections with the other girls (Jasmine, Yasmine) because he just wasn‘t giving them enough. I don‘t really see him acting that much differently with Julia.
So what do you think?
