Would it be reasonable to try to transition to HR roles?

I have a Bachelors in Digital Media. I was an Assistant Manager for a movie theater for 4 years. I’m currently an Assistant Manager at Gamestop, and was for a short time the Temporary Lead Store Manager at another location (despite working for the company less than a year, was offered it permanently after doing well but was unable to take it due to life circumstances). I’ve also worked remotely grading papers and at a call center if there’s any worry about computer skills.

I currently only make $14.50/hour full time (though the insurance is insanely good), and the company keeps drifting further towards being a card game store instead of a video game store.
