How to dispute a wrongful purchase and issue claim?
Somebody seemingly sold a buyer something on paypal and somehow managed to make the buyer open an issue claims against me (I've not sold anything privately or commercially using paypal or any other platform during the last 2 years).
The money is blocked in my account and paypal wants 4 bucks for some fee from me.
When I want to react to the dispute paypal only offers forms that sellers would use.
Whatever dispute type I use I always have to send a tracking number or an invoice document or whatever.
BUT I AM NO SELLER and don't have any documents to share with the buyer.
I tried adding the report I made at the police for fraud but for whatever reason it ended up as "tracking details" in the dispute history...
This system of paypal is so dumb...
How can i tell those MFs at paypal that I am not a seller, not the sellver of that process, etc & that they should cancel the transaction and refund the buyer?
The buyer even wrote that I should not have received the money because they got the wrong details from the original seller.
