I feel like I’m lonely even though I have people in my life

I [F18] have a couple friends and I have a bf [M18] but I feel alone a lot of the time it doesn’t make sense to me. I go out and do stuff, I’m in theater, I hang out with my bf, but a lot of times I still feel like I’m all alone and it’s super depressing. But like I don’t even see how to fix it because I’m already surrounded by people I care about. It’s so confusing 🫤
