Mondince FM336/326 Gravel Build questions.

Anyone built up a Mondince FM336 or FM326? About to pull the trigger and had a few questions:

1. How do the brake hoses route — through the stem or directly into the head tube? Can I use a standard stem or do I need an integrated cockpit?

2. How's the in-frame storage actually work in practice? Seen mixed reviews on other Chinese frames where bottle cages block the access.

3. Any issues with bolt quality (rounding, non-standard sizes)?

4. How's the paint holding up after a few months of gravel riding?

5. T47 BB — any creaking or fitment issues with SRAM DUB?

6. For those on the FM336 in Size S — does the geometry feel as racy as the numbers suggest, or is it more relaxed in practice?

Building a 1x SRAM AXS gravel bike, 170cm / 76cm inseam. Any tips or things you wish you'd known before the build would be appreciated. Cheers!
