RB button not responding on my Ultimate 2 Wireless

My RB button was working fine until a half hour ago. Now i can't get it to respond at all. The paddle buttons still work as RB, and it was a sudden failure so I Believe it is a Hardware issue.

Ive used the controller less than 20 hours total. Really disappointed. Anyone else have this issue/know of a fix? Am i better off returning it?
