Lost/deleted fic find request

I read a heated rivalry fic where Shane had a daughter with Rose and Ilya had a son with Svetlana and but neither were together, just coparenting and their kids went to the same school. I think Shane and Ilya worked together (i totally could be mixing up fics) but I know that at one point both the kids got sick and Shane took in Ilya's kid and took care of both of them until they got better. That's mostly what I can remember. I think it was deleted but I'm not sure but according to a summary i found, it might be titled "Mine to lose"? but im not sure
