Do i have a case as seller?

To keep it short, i had a buyer ask for a return due to an item being damaged. I accepted the situation and sent over a label to have the item be shipped back. Before all this i asked for clarifications on what was damaged and images for proof. Overall buyer mentioned only half the item was damaged so i have evidence. Well i received the package and it seems not only did the other half broke, but the other half that was broken was broken even further to pieces. Has anyone appealed successfully with evidence like this given i have clear evidence and from the buyers comment saying half was okay but now its all broken when receiving package.
